Admission Requirements
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- The maximum age for admission shall be 35 years.
- The minimum educational requirements shall be 10 + 2 in Arts (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science – Vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board.
- Student shall be medically fit.
- Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.
- Student shall be admitted once in a year.

GENERAL NURSING AND MIDWIFERY (GNM):
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT:
- Should have completed intermediate +2 its equivalent (Any group)
- Should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of year of admission and below 35 years.
DURATION & MEDIUM
- Duration is 3years.
- Medium of instruction is English only.

B.SC NURSING:
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT:
- 10+2 Passed @45% aggregate of marks in science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology); 10+2 passed out from recognized board under AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/SSCE/HSCE/NIOS/APOSS or other equivalent Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- Intermediate Vocational with Bridge Course in Biological and Physical Sciences
- Those who belongs to SC, ST and BC are eligible with 40% aggregate Marks in the Science Group subjects (Botany, Physics, Chemistry and Zoology) as per orders of the Secretary Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi
- Students shall be medically fit
- Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought

M.SC NURSING:
- Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed B.Sc. (Nursing) /B.Sc., Hons (Nursing)/Post Basic B.Sc., (Nursing) from an Institution that is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council to admission in M.Sc. (N) copy with minimum of 55% aggregate marks and 5% relaxation of marks for SC and ST candidates.
- Minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Candidate shall be medically fit.
- Age Limit: Both the Service and Non-service candidates should not have completed 45 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission; for candidates belonging to SC/ST the maximum age limit shall be 48 years.
- The candidates who qualified Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) from IGNOU through distance education are also eligible, if Indian Nursing Council recognizes the study centre.
- Duration – 2 years
- Medium of Instruction is ENGLISH only.
